This 1968 ha. well developed irrigation and Live stock farm with an above average infrastructure and some good grazing is located on the banks of the Harts River nearby Spitskop dam in the Barkly West Rural area in the Northern Cape, with a fairly level topography, sloping only slightly towards the river. The fences are in good condition. 3 Face Electricity is supplied by Eskom, with 5 power points in total. The farm also offers a house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living area and a lapa. There are also 2 sheds and a Cattle Pen with a loading dock.
